Alexandra Caimi is a commercial real estate advisor, helping business owners and investors buy, sell, and lease commercial properties across Florida's Space Coast. Born and raised on the Space Coast, she knows the market the way only a true local can.
Before commercial real estate, Alexandra founded and ran a brick-and-mortar nonprofit called Space Swap. That experience gave her something most advisors don't have: a real understanding of what it means to sign a lease, manage overhead, and make decisions that affect your livelihood. She brings that perspective to every client conversation.
Alexandra works across all commercial asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, land, and investment properties. She represents sellers looking to maximize value on their commercial assets, landlords looking to lease up their spaces, and investors looking to grow their portfolios with well-located Space Coast properties. Whether you're on the buy side, sell side, or somewhere in between, she knows how to get the deal done.

Upon returning back to the Space Coast in 2020, Alexandra founded space swap in 2021 as an effort to cultivate community in sustainability and the arts. this first swap spurred more, each one growing in size. Key elements of these swaps include sustainability, creativity, community, and fundraising. This cultural movement became A community leading A Repurposing Renaissance!In addition to serving as Space swap's President and co-founder, Alexandra works full-time (since 2023) as a commercial real estate broker helping business owners and investors on the space coast. she continues to give back to the community through volunteer work with various organizations and community initiatives. She sits on the board of The Brevard Cultural Alliance as well as the space coast science center. Her passion is to create and bring ideas to life, so you can always find her where the entrepreneurs are.
Film Production & Acting
Alexandra Caimi is a community builder and entrepreneur, born and raised in Satellite Beach, Florida. Her love for acting and film took her at the age of 19 on a six year journey to Los Angeles, where worked professionally in film production.
She worked her way up in the film industry to an assistant director role which developed leadership, work ethic, and production skills in her that have since become a key part of her journey. She started acting classes at the age of 3, which she continued through adulthood studying various techniques including Meisner, Chekhov, Film, Stage, and Auditioning.Alexandra “back-alleied” her way through USC’s MFA Program (#1 Film School in the country) by working on various Master’s Thesis Projects, and collaborating with the student body. Before you know it, Alexandra found her way on professional film sets including professional music videos, TV shows, feature films, and shorts because of her relationships and work ethic. The end goal in this industry was to eventually become a film and television Producer.
Alexandra’s time in LA came to an end during the Pandemic of 2020. She moved back to the Space Coast, where she continued taking online acting classes with her coach in LA, auditioning for roles, and working on working various sets. As the world changed during COVID, Alexandra shifted her focus to building a life and community back home on the Space Coast of Florida. Her interests in the arts, production, business, and building community led to her next chapter… Space Swap.
